Casualmente ho scoperto questo volantino che sponsorizza la Stra-Carmagnola: correre tra i parchi.Si tratta di una non competitiva: corsa podistica di 9,5 km o fitwalking di 5,5 km.
Non competitiva + parchi + ricco pacco gara รจ una giusta formula per far risvegliare il mio spirito zen!

Thanks for the sage words of advice. I am not as uptight about the half-marathon as I was about my 10K. After all, I just want the half-marathon medal (how selfish is that?)
